The artist, John Gregson, was born in Preston, Lancashire, in 1949.

John competed his education in Fine Art, graduating with a First Class Honours Degree from Manchester Metropolitan Univerity in 1971.

In 1998, John moved permanently to his home in South West France and since tat time has produced magnificent collections of paintings on a variety of themes.

John's work is collected world-wide; the United States of America, Dubai, throughout Europe and Australia. In 2008 John completed a series of 8 large (up to 4 metres) paintings for the new P & O liner Ventura.

Paintings are always executed in acrylic on canvas and are unframed.
