My Biography:

I specialise in semi abstract floral art and work mainly with acrylics, enamels and metallics. All of my work is original and includes striking colour and high impact textures, making the subject jump off the canvas! I enjoy painting flowers, particularly poppies and include this element into my modern contemporary artwork. Due to my love for jewellery and sparkles I incorporate this in some of my artwork.

I am a self-representing artist who trained in art and gained a BA (Hons) Fine Art Degree and a PGCE at university. I have always painted since a very young age and wherever I went I had a drawing pad and felt tips!
I am passionate about art and channel my creativity by painting regularly in my art studio. Each painting will take days to complete, to allow the layers of texture to dry. I normally work on a couple of pieces at a time, jumping from one to the other. My paintings are all original and are not prints. Each painting is hand painted with care, using high quality paints and mediums. The paintings come direct from myself and there are more to come so keep watching!
