I have always had a keen interest in art since childhood and studied art and ceramics to A'level, but during the past five years that I started painting in acylic and watercolour on a more regular basis.  I spent two years in Toulouse, France developing skills in porcelain painting, as a pupil of a professional Limoges porcelain painter.  My real love though is in watercolour and acylic and photography.  I gained a place at art school, but sadly felt that I needed to work and have my independence, so started working instead.  In the past 8 years I have become more involved in the artworld and now have a passion for creating  paintings on a regular basis.

 

Originally born in London, I lived most of my life in Henley on Thames in Oxfordshire, spent some of my teenage years in Australia and Singapore and now spend time in SW France near the Pyrenees enjoying the the spectacular views, light and nature which surrounds me.
