I am an Irish artist and have been living in London since the sixties.  I enjoy painting in many different styles and work in oil, acrylic and mixed media.  No challenge is too great! I paint almost every day and if I am not painting I am thinking about it.  My travels in Europe influence my ideas for new works.  Artists who have inspired me are Chardin, Vermeer, Sisley and contemporary artists Seago for his colour and brushwork and Samuel J Peploe for his colour and design.  I am represented by a gallery in Southern England and my work has been exhibited at a number of major art fairs in this country.  My work is in private collections in the UK and abroad.
