I was born in the Holme Valley, West Yorkshire, UK. A wonderful place lots of inspiration for art and the countryside, big valleys and wild moorland landscapes.

I started to paint in oils at the age of 12, this is my prefered medium, but I like ink wash drawing and using watercolour as well.

I love the outdoors, mountains, walking, hiking and mountaineering, this gives me lots of inspiration for my paintings.

I studied at Huddersfield Art School then went onto Central School of Art in London for my BA course.

I have worked as a mural artist in London. Project worker for the Prince of Wales Committee.

Exhibited in London, Yorkshire, Holland and Switzerland.

I also studied Architecture and still have a strong interest in buildings.

I except commissions for paintings, buildings, landscapes.

I live and work on my art in London.
