This work is now back on sale. Original acrylic artwork on three box canvases, each measuring 30cm x 30cm x 3.5cm depth.Total length 90cm (excluding spaces between canvases).
Wide sweeps of burnt sienna, with red and orange, provide a woodland backdrop for a variety of falling leaves; each one created by imprinting a real leaf onto the canvas using metallic gold, bronze and copper. Beyond the trees, a setting sun provides autumnal warmth.
All canvas edges are painted deep brown/sienna and the work is varnished. Please note that the overall tone of this work is quite dark; it has been slightly lightened here to show the details. Price includes UK delivery.
