Behind Putsbourgh beach is a small wooded walk. The soil is poor and sandy and the trees are stunted. This old tree has survived storms, and low nutrient levels, and proberbly isnt as old as it looked!

It is a felted work using a mixture of wools including Devon Longwool, Merino, Blue Faced Leicester, Herdwick Grey and Alpaca. Most of the wool used is in its natural coloured state.
