Had a lot of fun painting this portrait, It was a joy to paint when you have such an appealing subject.
Working from a few photos I altered the viewing angle and posture a good deal lower than the original photos just to give the painting more dynamics and suggest weight to my invented back ground.
Edges painted as part of the scene, varnished,strung and ready to hang
