Anyone who has ever visited Etretat in Northern France will know this well known landmark and it is a place where the Impressionists painted, particularly Monet who painted the cliffs and rocks many times.  Having been there last year this is my impression which is painted in oil on deep edge canvas with painted sides and is ready to hang.
