All art is categorised according to availability, artworks are listed as buy now (can be purchased immediately), example, reserved (may be in a exhibition or temporarily unavailable) commission (a similar piece is available by commission) or sold, if you need any info on availability contact the artist for details.

Artists have the option of accepting payments by credit or debit cards securely online via PayPal who are an online payments service provider, the payment will be made directly to the artist through the secure online payment basket provided by PayPal, please see www.paypal.co.uk for further information.

How To Send An Offer

To send an offer for an artwork click on the send an offer icons, this takes you to the artists contact form, please put the title of the artwork you are interested in, and the amount of your offer & any message to the artist, your email will be sent directly to the artist who will contact you to let you know whether your offer has been accepted

Delivery Costs

The artists delivery options & costs are stated on the main artwork pages, if no delivery options are listed then delivery to the UK is normally included in the artwork price, please contact the artists for any queries about delivery costs (if you require delivery to an International destination & it is not listed as a delivery option please contact the artist before purchase for a delivery quote)

Delivery

The artworks are sent by Royal Mail or courier, direct from the artists, delivery is normally within 2 - 10 days, contact the artist if you require further information about dispatch and delivery times, you will receive an email confirming your purchase with the contact details of the artist, the artist will email you to advise you of the dispatch & delivery date, if you need your artwork urgently or by a certain date please contact the artist before purchasing

If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase and would like to return the art for a refund or exchange please contact the artist for a refund or exchange, send the artist an email or telephone as soon as possible after receiving your art and return the item to the artist in its original condition within 14 days, it's safer to send the item by an insured service, safely packaged, the artist will contact you on receipt of the returned item and issue the refund, or an exchange if preferred, refunds are less delivery costs unless the item has been damaged in transit

Please contact the artist directly if you are unhappy with a commissioned artwork

In case of damage in transit

If in the unlikely event the parcel arrives damaged please sign as 'unchecked' and if you
can see that the artwork has been damaged you should refuse delivery or sign as 'damaged' and contact the artist asap, they will send you a full refund including P&P, please retain the original packaging to facilitate a claim with the courier.

The photos of the artworks on this site are provided by our artists who take care to accurately show the artworks, please do take into account different monitor settings which may alter the colours slightly and compression of images, if you would like to see higher resolution or more detailed photos we would advise that you contact the artist to ask for additional images or more info if required on the artworks you are interested in purchasing

Artists retain copyright to their own work at all times, unless they have granted in writing their permission and terms to use any of their images.
